Crystal St Louis is a licensed mental health counselor and founder dedicated to creating a supportive, trauma-informed environment for healing and growth. She works with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, stress, and trauma. Her approach integrates motivational interviewing, attachment based work, rational emotive behavior therapy (REBT), behavior modification, solution focused brief therapy (SFBT), and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT).
